We are looking for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer with 7–9 years of experience who can seamlessly blend strong design fundamentals with high-quality motion execution. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of visual design thinking and motion storytelling, with prior experience in the automotive industry being a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling motion graphics and static design assets for social media, digital campaigns, mobile platforms, and brand communications.
- Design high-quality creatives including key visuals, layouts, banners, and digital marketing assets, ensuring strong visual consistency across platforms.
- Develop engaging motion content such as product videos, feature highlights, launch films, and social media animations, especially for automotive brands.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to define visual styles, typography, color palettes, and animation approaches aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance video content by adding motion graphics, effects, and visual elements that elevate storytelling.
- Translate complex product or technical information into clear, engaging visual and motion narratives.
- Present design concepts, motion tests, and creative solutions to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with design and motion trends, and explore AI-powered tools to enhance ideation, efficiency, and workflow where relevant.
- Maintain high standards of file organization, asset management, and design consistency across projects.
What We Seek
- 7–9 years of professional experience across both motion graphics and graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of design principles - layout, typography, composition, and colour theory along with motion fundamentals.
- Prior experience working with automotive brands, products, or campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain creative rationale.
- Openness to learning new tools and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design solutions.
