We are looking for a talented User Interface and Interaction Designer to join our team. This role will work closely with our product, business and development teams to design user-friendly and attractive digital interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the product team to identify user needs and business requirements.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity UI design assets, including design specifications and production-ready assets.
- Advocate for and implement user-centered design/UX practices and ensure that they are incorporated into the design process and final product.
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationales based on UX standards, theory, and data.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure designs are implemented to specification and to identify and solve UX problems.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporate them as appropriate into design projects.
What we seek
- 3-6 years of UX/UI design experience with a diverse portfolio
- Proven experience as a UI/Interaction Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Excellent grasp of Figma with the ability to churn out designs quickly.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methods.
- Experience designing for various platforms (web, Android, iOS, etc.) and responsive designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Experience as a UI Designer, preferably in the SaaS, CRM/ERP &/or Automobile domain is preferred.
